Office Manager




Tuesday- Saturday 10am-430pm

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Answer phone 

  • Check voicemail 

  • Send and check email correspondents    

  • Maintain confidentiality of tenants information and passcodes

  • Create file for new tenant 

  • Facilitate tours                

  • Maintain a minimum capacity of 85% rental vacancy

  • Market suites availability online through social media outlets

  • Repost tenants posting to showcase their work

  • Keep track of all rent payments 

  • Clean and maintain the common areas daily

  • Order and purchase inventory

  • Keep exterior grounds clean and free from debris 

  • Prepare rooms for new tenants (painting, cleaning and repairs)

  • Update access codes, website and directory for new and old tenants

  • Check mail box

  • Schedule educational classes

  • Oversee maintenance request and service repairs

  • Ensure all rules and regulations are being adhere to amongst tenants and their guest 

  • Host & participate in community events

Skills Required:

  • Communicate clearly both verbally and written

  • Possess organizational skills

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Knowledgeable about social media platforms  

  • Able to multitask

  • Problem solving skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Work independently

  • Work in a fast pace environment

  • Maintain professionalism at all times, including professional attire 

  • Be timely

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Able to lift up to 30-40lbs

  • Proficient in using Google Drive, DocuSign, Gmail, Calendly and IG
