We founded The COVE at Pearl Suites for people just like us: creative, hard working, sociable entrepreneurs in the beauty industry.

Our boutique co-working space offers a cozy environment tucked away so that you can be productive and get things done! Our event space is great for small business workshops, beauty education, and seminars. Give us a call today to book your tour.

EVENT SPACE RENTAL POLICY

 

Rental Fee: 50% rental fee is required to reserve the event space.  Full payment is due 7 days prior to event date or at the time of reservation (whichever is less).  For each additional 30 mins over time you will be charged $50.

 

Cancellation:  50% Rental Fees will be refunded in full if cancellation notice is received 30 days or more prior to rental date.  If notice is received less than 30 days prior to the rental date, then the 50% Rental Fee will NOT be returned.  If notice is received 7 days or less prior to the rental date, then the FULL Rental Fee will NOT be returned.

Changes to Reservation: If you need to reduce the time of your reservation less than 30 days from your event, you will still be responsible for paying the FULL amount of the the original reservation time. The difference will be credited to any future event. NO REFUNDS. You can reschedule your reservation 2 times before forfeiting your Rental Fee.

 

Rules:

  • The Lobby area is not available during the event. All banners, backdrops and decor need to be contained in the event space. 

  • To reduce the disturbance of the tenants occupying the office space, we will not host any birthday parties for children between the ages of 1yrs-17yrs.

  • The use of a grill or deep fryer is prohibited inside and outside of Pearl Suites LLC properties.

  • Use of pins and nails prohibited to hang decorations on the walls, windows or doors. You may use 3M Command Strips that are easily removed for this purpose. Removal of all decorations is required after event.

  • Access to suites and offices is prohibited for renters.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside of the Pearl Suites building including Hookas.

  • Children must be monitored at all times.

  • No confetti, rice, silly string, bubbles/bubble machines, small glitter, or Bird seed is permitted for use inside of the event space.

  • Clean up of event space is required.

  • Trash receptacles are supplied for trash removal. Trash must also be picked up from the event space and outside areas to include bathrooms and parking lot, prior to leaving. POUR all liquids from drinks into the sink prior to disposing of drink containers.

  • No alcohol is to be sold to guests or served to minors. State laws apply to alcoholic beverage consumption on the property as well as inside the facility.
